Fleet provides customized arrangements making your travel as efficient as possible. Our goal is always to minimize ground travel while maximizing your useable hours, no matter where you are headed.
- Ground transportation: We arrange ground transportation (car service, taxi, rental car) for you in advance so there is no time wasted reaching your ultimate destination.
- Free valet parking at Westchester County Airport: Drive directly onto the tarmac and board the plane. Our valet service parks your car and upon return, your car is waiting, washed, cooled/warmed and ready to drive.
- Alternate airports: While we are based at New York's Westchester County Airport and Massachusetts' Hanscom and Hyannis Airports, we can pick you up anywhere.
- Personal Fleet representative: Starting 24 hours before your flight, your pilot will be monitoring weather and traffic conditions and will be in touch should there be any potential issues. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your pilot, helped with your baggage, boarding, and ground transportation confirmation.
- Destinations: Fleet's economical aircraft can fly 1 to 5 passengers (depending on aircraft type, see Fleet's Fleet) to any airport within 500 miles.
- Contingencies: If for any reason Fleet is not able to execute your trip, we will always arrange travel through our partner network.
- Meals & Refreshments: At your request, Fleet will arrange any food or drink you prefer.
