FAA certified pilots,
just like commercial airlines.

We take your safety very seriously. At Fleet Aviation, we are proud of our perfect safety record and being PASS Ready safety certified by CharterX, a division of Wyvern Consulting.

FAA Certification

  • Comply with the same federal regulations as major commercial airlines.
  • Undergo both scheduled and unscheduled FAA inspections.
  • Fulfill required maintenance inspections of all aircraft every 100 flight hours and perform optional inspections at 50 hours.
  • Ensure our pilots undergo FAA overseen check rides including oral examination and actual flight maneuvers every 6 months.

Strict Pilot Screening

  • Hire pilots with thousands of hours of flight time and require an additional 27 hours of charter-specific training.
  • Enforce random drug screening.
  • Interview for service-oriented mindset.

Employ Aircraft with Modern Safety Features

  • The latest state-of-the-art digital avionics with GPS navigation, collision and terrain avoidance.
  • Autopilots that can fly the aircraft to within 100 feet of the ground.
  • Satellite weather systems providing real-time, "big picture" imagery to help our pilots avoid turbulent weather, ensuring smooth and uneventful flights.
  • Deicing systems that are FAA certified.
  • For the Cirrus aircraft: Airbags, the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (a parachute for the entire plane) and the Enhanced Vision System (Forward Looking Infrared technology).

Ability to Fly in All Conditions

  • Employing night and inclement weather flying capabilities that equip our aircraft to fly regardless of time of day or reduced visibility.

Expertise in Aircraft Maintenance and Charter Operations

  • In our 5th year of operations, we have a deep understanding of what it takes to operate most safely.
  • Perform all maintenance in-house, ensuring complete control over aircraft at all times.
  • Implement pre-flight and post-flight checks by certified mechanic on almost every single trip.
  • Maximize charter reliability by minimizing downtime for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
